A Los Angeles-based brokerage is opening a new office in the affluent town of Palm Beach. Later this month, The Agency will open a 1,602-square-foot office on the second floor of 180 Royal Palm Way, said Brian Fairweather, Jr., The Agency's managing director. It will replace a temporary shared workspace The Agency was using at 2200 PGA Boulevard in Palm Beach Gardens. The office is led by the founder and CEO of The Agency, Mauricio Umansky, as well as principal Santiago Arana, managing broker Howard Elfman, and Fairweather.
